King George FC Picked Up Their First Trophy!

On Sunday 10th April 2016, King George FC picked up their first trophy this year, winning 6-1 beating Wakefield Soccer Centre & King Georges Billy Mole picking up the man of the match.

Having played for King George myself since the 1980s as always I was chuffed to see them win yet another trophy. Well done lads.

Everyone at The Samantha Sykes Foundation Trust would like to thank Dave Parkinson, Mick Dunhill and all the team for wearing a shirt proudly displaying The Samantha Sykes Foundation Trust name on the front. To my knowledge only Barcelona FC display a charity logo, although I suspect people will tell me there are more. I doubt any other amateur team does it. Once again thanks to you all for your ongoing support.
